Reiki

Reiki (Rey-Ki), which means Universal Life Force Energy, exists in everything at all levels of being. Matter and form, as we define them, are illusions caused by the limitations of our own perceptions. All things exist energetically and therefore are alive and responsive to energy. Thoughts, emotions, and physical experience all resonate in frequency which is why Reiki is able to effect change in the physical body as well as the etheric body.

 

Universal Life Force Energy moves through the physical body through pathways called chakras, meridians and nadis. It also flows through the etheric body known as your auric field. But diminished function of overall health can occur when the flow of Life Force Energy is disrupted. This can occur as a response to thoughts and feelings or when we accept, [either consciously or unconsciously], to entertain negative thoughts about ourselves. Negative thoughts vibrate at a lower frequency and when they attach to your energetic body, it causes a disruption in the flow of Life Force energy. It is then felt in the physical body and can affect the vital function of the organs and cells.  

 

Healing occurs when Reiki energy flows through the affected parts of the energetic body. This raises the vibration, [the frequency], in and around the physical body. The rise in frequency becomes incompatible to the lower vibrational energies and they detach, falling away. This then allows the energy pathways within the body to heal and reestablish their equilibrium, causing the life force energy to flow at an increased capacity.   

 

Reiki supports healing of any illness or injury including serious health problems like: multiple sclerosis, heart disease, and cancer as well as skin problems, cuts, bruises, broken bones, headache, colds, flu, sore throat, fatigue, insomnia, etc. It also works to improve the effectiveness of all other types of therapy, reducing negative side effects, shortening healing time, reducing or eliminating pain, and reducing stress. During treatment you will experience total relaxation and for some, altered states of consciousness and feelings of transcendence.

 

As a Reiki Master and a practitioner for over 15 years, I have experienced the healing potential of Reiki first hand. As a practitioner, I am a clear channel for the Life Force Energy to be drawn through me by the recipient. Each person draws in exactly the right amount of Reiki energy that is needed to release, stimulate, or transform the energy within their own physical and etheric bodies. A Reiki treatment is beneficial on many levels. It creates balance, promotes healing, and relieves stress by treating the whole person, body, mind, and spirit.
